Who we are and what this policy covers
This website provides information about GKYNG products. GKYNG is operated by Jianyu Retail Store, registered as 山西转型综合改革示范区阳曲产业园建羽零售店 in Shanxi, China. This policy also covers Jianyu Ads Analysis, our internal tool for analyzing Amazon advertising data for our own store. The tool is not offered as a service for other sellers. The website and the advertising tool have different data uses, described below.
Website information we receive
This website does not create customer accounts or process orders. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to include in your message. Our hosting provider may also process basic technical information, such as IP address, browser type, and request time, to deliver and protect the website.
How website information is used
We use inquiry information to respond to product or business questions. We do not sell personal information. We retain messages only as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, or comply with applicable law.
Amazon authorization and advertising data
When the store account owner authorizes Jianyu Ads Analysis through Login with Amazon, the tool can use the Amazon Ads API within the permissions granted. Depending on the reports and features used, this may include advertising account and profile identifiers, marketplace details, campaign and ad group information, advertised products, keywords and targeting information, and performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, spend, and attributed sales. Access and refresh tokens enable authorized API access; the tool does not ask for or receive the owner's Amazon password. Visiting this brand website alone does not authorize access to an Amazon account or its advertising data.
How advertising data is used
We use authorized advertising data to prepare internal reports, compare campaign performance over time, evaluate advertising spend and results, and inform decisions for our own store. Account identifiers and authorization tokens are used to connect the correct account and maintain the authorized connection. This privacy policy does not itself grant permission to change an advertising account; access depends on Amazon authorization and the functions actually enabled in the tool.
Server storage, access, and service providers
Advertising data is stored on servers used to operate Jianyu Ads Analysis. Access to advertising data and authorization credentials is limited to the account owner and persons or service providers authorized as necessary to operate and maintain the tool. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process data as part of providing these services. Such access must be limited to the service purpose and subject to applicable confidentiality and data protection obligations. We do not sell personal information or advertising data, or provide other sellers with access to our store's reports. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law.
Data retention
Our retention policy is to keep advertising data only for as long as reasonably necessary for internal reporting, historical performance comparisons, and the operation of the authorized connection, subject to applicable Amazon requirements. We will periodically review stored data and delete it when it is no longer needed for these purposes. Authorization credentials are retained only while needed for the connection and will be removed when the connection is permanently discontinued. These rules also apply to exported copies and any backups under our control; backups must not be used to restore data that has been deleted in response to a verified deletion request. Website inquiry records follow the retention purposes described above.
Revoking access and requesting deletion
The account owner can revoke the application's authorization through Amazon's account authorization settings, or contact us to request that the connection be discontinued. Once access is revoked or the connection is discontinued, the tool will stop retrieving new data through that connection. Revoking access does not by itself erase reports already stored on our servers. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of data held by us, email gaojianyuus@163.com and identify the relevant application and account without sending passwords or access tokens. We may verify the requester's authority before acting. We will delete Amazon-sourced data covered by a verified deletion request in accordance with applicable Amazon requirements. Deleting our copies does not delete data maintained independently by Amazon.
